A great place to start your pilates journey or for those who practice regularly and want to take it back to basics! We focus on the breath, alignment, centering and control in these classes. This class we use both Mat & Reformer

Reformer Workout

Apparatus Flow (Circuit)

Our Apparatus Flow uses a combination of Pilates Equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mats as well as our small props; magic cirlce, balls and small hand weights.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness but must have a solid foundation of Reformer Align classes prior to starting.

*Not suitable for pregnancy or Pre-Excisting injuries.

Reformer Flow

Building on from Align classes, our flow classes focus on the pilates principles and building fluid movement through each exercise.

Group Reformer Workout


Wanting some extra intensity in your routine? Using pilates exercise in a flow with some added cardio to get your heart rate up! Suitable for all levels. All exercises can be modified including cardio.
