PILATES WITH RYNELLE
Active Buddies is the newest branch of RMAA and we are very, very excited about it!
Active Buddies is a program designed for children who like to mix up their activities, or those who might not be interested in joining a club/team sport, or for those who just want more opportunity to move!
Active Buddies runs as an eight week program throughout the school term. The program includes sessions such as boxing, gymnastics, pilates, athletics, ball skills, and finishes with a final session of ‘Ninja Buddies’, where we bring all our skills together.
At RMAA, we are passionate about instilling a love for movement and activity in children from a young age. We work hard to ensure our sessions are fun and exciting; teaching our young people that exercise and moving our bodies isn’t something you just have to do, but something you should want to do.
